In the Vineyard: Hand-picking
of the grapes of Cabernet.
In the cellar: Pressing and
fermentation of the new wine together with the skin of the grapes
for 72 - 96 hours. At the end of the fermentation the wine is placed
for aging in 225 Liter Oak casks for 12 months. After this, the
wine is filtered and bottled.
Color: Ruby red with violet
